• Case background: C2 for a newly built mid‑size flight test range with a planned, mixed sensor network and mixed communications (LAN, fiber, satellite), strict safety constraints, and both in‑proximity and remote sensors. Greenfield range required unified Mission Control, Data Acquisition System, Data Processing and Simulation System and codification for safety procedure.
